The Peridot Bar by Studio Paolo Ferrari reimagines high-rise hospitality in Hong Kong’s Central district, positioned on the 38th floor of The Henderson. Named after the green gemstone, the space envelops guests in soft green plastered walls and ceilings, paired with frosted acrylic cylinders and plush mohair seating to create a cocoon-like atmosphere. At its heart lies a sculptural green marble bar, while a curated mix of plant-based haute cuisine and terroir-driven cocktails elevates the experience beyond a traditional lounge.
The design refrains from straight lines; instead, flowing curves echo the tower’s fluid architecture and invite movement and reflection. Visual drama emerges through engineered bottle displays and ambient lighting, while live jazz and DJ sets amplify the sense of place. By combining architecture, gastronomy, and atmosphere, Peridot Bar stands as a refined destination where design and indulgence converge in the sky.
