OFF Paris Seine is a floating hotel that is being designed by French architectural firm Seine Design.

Expected to launch in the first few months of next year, this hotel will feature as smany as 58 guest rooms, a lounge with gorgeous views of the river, a substantial lap pool, a restaurant and a massive outdoor terrace. The project was created after the Paris port authority put out a call for interesting projects in the vicinity.

The hotel will be built largely using recyclable materials and will feature a thermal exchange heat pump for maximum energy efficiency.

Ultimately, this floating hotel project is designed to add to the attractiveness of the French capital and bring vibrancy to urban areas that have been abandoned by the city and its residents for too long
