Agota Rimsaite designs the new Panama Banana, which is an outdoor furniture piece that works as a rocking hammock. It is designed with inspiration drawn from tropical elements, translated through the shape of the chair, taking on a similar form to a surfboard, and has a curved look nodding to a banana.
Overall, it is able to rock back and forth for a calming experience. The Panama Banana is defined by two strips of arched birchwood materials that join together at the end. The connecting area is held together by polyester straps and between this is the curved structure that can be a seat of laid down on. It is coated with resistant wax to withstand the outdoors.
