Informative Digital Beverage Labels

Pernod Ricard Launched a Packaging Initiative in Singapore

Pernod Ricard has launched a digital label initiative in Singapore to meet the growing consumer demand for greater transparency while supporting responsible drinking habits in Southeast Asia. Through this initiative, QR codes have been added to the back of Pernod Ricard products, beginning with Martell in Singapore. When scanned, these QR codes "direct consumers to a dedicated webpage, where they can access detailed product information, guidelines for responsible drinking, and important details about alcohol-related health risks."

Furthermore, as explained by Singapore Country Manager Alex Liu, the initiative seeks to promote moderation and informed decision-making among consumers. The digital label "provides real-time information, enabling individuals to make more educated choices regarding alcohol consumption, with an emphasis on quality over quantity." Overall, this effort underscores Pernod Ricard’s commitment to promoting awareness and offering clear, accessible information to consumers.
