Bourbon-Treated Vodkas

The OYO Barrel-Finished Honey Vanilla Bean Vodka is Rich and Full-Bodied

Although mixing two spirits into one may not be common practice for many, the OYO Barrel-Finished Honey Vanilla Bean Vodka has found a nice subtle way to do just that. The distillery's OYO Honey Vanilla Bean Vodka recipe is placed in Bourbon barrels for up to a year in order to give it a better 'footing,' as they put it.

Distilled by Middle West Spirits in Columbus, Ohio, the OYO Barrel-Finished Honey Vanilla Bean Vodka is even richer than its predecessor. Uncrate writes, "The result is a sweet, creamy liqueur that not only tastes good neat, but is a fantastic cocktail ingredient." With sweet aromas of toasted marshmallow, wax honeycomb, brown sugar and creamy amoretto, it is a full-body drink that boasts a spicy finish.
