Forager Project is introducing its first line of organic vegan cheeses this spring and the range includes an innovative Queso Fresco variety. The product is made with the brand's own organic cashew milk yogurt and without modified food starches, and it boasts the look and ability to perform of comparable dairy-based products. This vegan cheese promises to pair well with everything from nachos and enchiladas to quesadillas, especially thanks to its balanced heat and ability to unite flavors.

Forager Project's line of Cheeseworks products also includes organic vegan cheese varieties like Mozzarella, Jack and Parmesan. Also made with probiotic cashewmilk yogurt, the nutritious non-dairy products help to fill a gap in the market for organic, plant-based cheese products.
