'Order Mistakes' is a pop-up restaurant concept that's eliciting empathy and understanding for people living with degenerative diseases like dementia and Alzheimer’s. All of the wait staff that comprise this unique establishment are living with a degenerative condition. People are welcomed to sit down and place an order with their waiter, who may or may not bring them their food.

The pop-up restaurant exemplifies the benefits that can come from fusing consumerism with social good through raising awareness, while providing a positive and fun experience.This experimental dining restaurant changes people's perceptions of those living with a degenerative brain disease, helping the general public realize that with a little bit of empathy and understanding, people with dementia or Alzheimer’s can be functioning members of society.
