Amazon is testing a feature that will give customers the ability to leave a one-tap review. The new review system was created in order to get more Amazon customers to leave reviews. The new one-tap review system will be able to be accessed in users' “Your Orders” page, or also on the “Write a Review” section.
The system works by a customer selecting a star rating, and then is subsequently presented a check mark to confirm a rating. However only ratings from verified purchasers will be used to determine overall ratings for a product. The more users rate products, the more accurate ratings will be. This is why making the review process as simple as possible will benefit the e-commerce service, by proving consumers with more accurate information.
