Amazon unveils a new AI feature that helps customers better understand product reviews. It depends on AI technology to
compress information and recap a paragraph from customer feedback.

An example of a summary by the company states, “Customers like the stability, ease of use, and performance of the digital device. They mention that it’s way faster, the picture/streaming speed is excellent, and it’s a simple device to get connected to. They also appreciate the performance, saying that it performs as expected and works great with LG 3D smart TV.” The summary is followed by actionable features including clickable tags that unveil relevant themes and words that are collected from the reviews. It also implements tools to properly analyze and deter from fake reviews as well.
