With the success of low-carb, bite-sized breakfast options like Starbucks' Sous Vide Egg Bites, Tim Hortons has just introduced its own egg-based Omelette Bites. Available at participating locations, the new egg bites are intended for consumers who are looking for a quick and healthy breakfast on the go.

The new Omelette Bites are high-protein, egg-based cups sold in pairs. The Omelette Bites come in two varieties, including Bacon & Cheese and Spinach & Egg White. The former features an egg base mixed with diced bacon and cheddar cheese, while the later is made from an egg white based blended with cheddar cheese, spinach, and onion. Both are only available for a limited time.
