Vans and Sailor Moon have launched a new silhouette, revealing the new ‘Old Skool Overt CC’ sneaker. The duo reunited for another collaboration after a successful launch of the Vans x Sailor Moon 30th-anniversary collection, which saw the debut of three footwear offerings and a range of apparel and accessories. The new sneaker features Sailor Moon and her loyal partner Luna outlined in a monochromatic black and grey shade. The sailor guardian’s ‘Transformation Brooch’ is attached to the laces atop a black bow, and the sneaker boasts a 'ComfyCush' foam midsole for extra padding on foot.
The sneaker is finished with a chunky rubber outsole for grip and checkered detailing on the toebox. Consumers can remove the insole and swap it out for something more comfortable if the sculpted original doesn’t suit their feet.
