Eco Oat Milk Smoothies

IKEA's MUNSBIT Smoothies Help to Reduce One's Carbon Footprint

In the UK, IKEA recently launched two dairy-free, vegan-friendly oat milk smoothies called 'MUNSBIT.' These smoothies, which are made without any animal ingredients, are called out as simple, nourishing choices for vegetarians and vegans, as well as those who would be interested in environmentally friendly alternatives to dairy. As IKEA describes, "by drinking oats instead of dairy products you reduce your carbon footprint."

The MUNSBIT oat milk smoothies are offered in two fruity flavors: Apple, Pear & Ginger and Blackcurrant, Blueberry and Acerola, which boasts a bright pink color.

For various health, ethical and environmental reasons, many consumers are interested in plant-based milk alternatives, particularly oat milk, which sets itself apart from other options with an ultra-creamy texture thanks to its high fat content.
