'No Cow' Makes Low-Sugar Plant-based Protein Cookies and Bars

No Cow recently launched a new line of high-protein cookies and bars that are dairy-free, rich in plant-based protein and low in sugar. While the No Cow Cookies in varieties like Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate Chunk and Snickerdoodle have a minimum of 12 grams of protein per cookie, they feature only about a gram of sugar.

Similarly, the high-protein snack bars also contain a single gram of sugar and are rich with 20 grams of plant-based protein or more. These dairy-free snack bars are offered in dessert-inspired flavors like Chunky Peanut Butter and Carrot Cake.

These new snacks from No Cow will have the potential to appeal to consumers who are seeking out convenient on-the-go snacks that will satisfy their sweet tooth, but boast free-from ingredient lists that are also high in protein.
