The Nissan IMQ is released under the auto manufacturer's Intelligent Mobility campaign. Unlike its fully electric predecessors, the model is a hybrid. It is powered by the company's e-Power technology and while electric motors are the main means of acceleration, the Nissan IMQ is charged through "a 1.5 L turbocharged gasoline engine which acts as a generator."
The model has the potential to reach 335 horsepower, as well as 516 pound-feet of torque. The vehicle is equipped with tech-savvy, state-of-the-art features which answer to the hyper-connected urban environment.
The interior of the Nissan IMQ incorporates a 33-inch screen which is the source of the manufacturer's Virtual Personal Assistant. In addition, the model takes advantage of augmented reality through the company's Invisible-to-Visible technology that displays outside information within the car.
