Nissan recently launched a design challenge with a goal of designing the Nissan vehicles of the future. The result is a series of pretty cool arcade-game-like designs, including the pictured vehicle, which was by Andreas Zimolong.
The concets enabled students to create innovative vehicle concepts targeted for the year 2015. While some of these designs appear to push that time frame, they are rad nonetheless.
Implications - With technology developing at an incredible rate, companies must be thinking ahead constantly. Consumers are fascinated with futuristic concepts as this gives them a sense of security as to where designs are going. Companies would be wise to consider how their products keep the future in mind and give buyers a sense of direction and comfort.
