Nikos Koulis Boutique Interior Look Nods to Its Sculptural Jewelry

— September 18, 2025 — Art & Design
The new Nikos Koulis Boutique interior echoes the sharp elegance of its sculptural jewelry in a space crafted by Bureau de Change. The design opens in a 1960s Athens storefront with an asymmetric travertine-framed window and a facade embossed with reliefs that evoke jewelry boxes and precision metalwork. Inside, rich materials like blackened oak flooring and bronze display-case joints contrast with silk wallpaper and a green marble tabletop. Mirrored ceiling panels and beveled glass prisms add depth and light, calling to mind faceted gems under gallery lighting.

The layout includes display cases with mirror-polished blades, bronze connectors, and soft dark woods to create both drama and warmth. Behind beveled wall panels, a mezzanine wrapped in illuminated glass prisms serves as a private viewing room. Lighting, texture, and finish are all tightly controlled to feel polished but intimate. Every detail from metal door handles to sculpted structural columns, reflects the boutique’s refined relationship between architecture and fine jewelry.
