The Blue Origin New Shepard Space Vehicle Was Pioneered By Jeff Bezos

The New Shepard is a new commercial space vehicle, developed by Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin, that recently completed its first successful test flight. The test follows testing of liquid hydrogen engines by Blue Origin over the last few years.

Following this initial test of the Blue Origin New Shepard, the next steps are to improve the vehicle's hydraulics. With the second and third test rockets already in the process of being assembled, it shouldn't be long before further tests are completed.

In a related and equally exciting development, Blue Origin is set to work on an even bigger and more powerful launch system in partnership with the United Launch Alliance.
