Race-Inspired Recipes

Nerderburg Wine Estate is Releasing a Recipe for Every Tour de France Region

South Africa's Nerderburg wine estate has decided to celebrate the 2018 Tour de France with a showcase of 11 French-inspired recipes that reflect the cuisine and ingredients authentic to the regions throughout the ride. Each recipe offered by the wine estate is meant to pair with a Nerderburg premium wine. The wine estate will also be supporting the South African team Qhubeka in the Tour de France for the fourth consecutive time.

The recipes offered by Nerderburg wine range in complexity but the ones showcased already are distinctly French and are known classics. The two released recipes already released include a goat's milk cheese salad and pork rillettes. More recipes will follow as the race progresses.
