Hong Kong-based artist Ben Darmon created this unique neon sneaker lamp that honors the iconic Nike Air Max 1 OG model. This incredible hand-sculpted glass light uses real glass tubing and resembles a vintage bar sign with intoxicating neon glows.
The limited-edition neon sneaker lamp features bright red and bright grey illuminating tube lights that have been styled into the shape of a recognizable Nike sneaker. The artist has given the light a red Nike checkmark logo as well.
The whole lamp sits atop a platform base which connects to any wall outlet using a universal adapter. The unique Nike tribute lamp is set for release in October 2015. The lamp will only be produced in 187 units -- a tribute to the original release of The Air Max 1 OG in 1987.
