The Nike AIR SNES Allows Fans to Actually Play Retro Games

The Nike AIR SNES sneakers have been designed by Gustavo Bonzanini as a nostalgic footwear that takes retro gaming to a whole new level. The sneakers celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) and come in the form of the Nike Air Max 90 that has been heavily customized with a series of tech accoutrements. The sneakers are integrated with a Raspberry Pi Zero W that will enable wearers to play classic games from the console using the RetroPie emulator and only need to be plugged into a TV via an RCA connection.

The Nike AIR SNES sneakers boast a gray and purple color scheme as a further nod to the console that will be instantly recognizable for fans.
