Created by Gary Regan, this easy recipe for a batch of refreshing negroni popsicles is great compromise if you can't decide between dessert and another cocktail.

Originally an Italian aperitif, the Negroni cocktail is one of the iconic drinks that has experienced a resurgence with the emergence of specialty craft cocktail bars. This particular recipe for a frozen version of the classic cocktail takes the simple formula of one part gin, one part sweet vermouth and one part Campari and modernizes it in time for summer.

In order to make a batch of negroni popsicles, you will need one cup of water, half a cup of granulated sugar, two and a half cups of pink grapefruit juice and a pinch of salt in addition to the gin, sweet vermouth and Campari.
