The nautical-inspired apartment even stays true to its inspiration in its name. 'Burgatoi' refers to a curved piece of wood used in ship construction.
TENKA ARKITEKTURA was challenged by the original layout of the structure because it was so narrow and elongated. However, the design team creatively addressed these challenges by expanding the project to include adjoining spaces, resulting in a street-facing facade and an outdoor terrace.
