Pet Pop-Up Activations

Native Pet Launched Its US Open-Themed Soft-Serve Pop-Up

DTC dog supplement brand Native Pet has opened its U.S. Open pop-up, bringing wildposting across the Lower East Side to 'It's All in the Serve,' a dog-friendly, tennis-themed soft-serve event held Saturday at Unnecessary NYC. Dogs received soft serve topped with the brand's flagship supplement, The Daily, pairing product sampling directly with the weekend's tennis event.

The activation combined out-of-home advertising with organic celebrity seeding, drawing tennis commentator and creator Morgan Riddle, who brought her newly adopted dog, alongside NYC lifestyle creators, including Zarah Kelleher. The street-to-IRL structure used wildposting to drive foot traffic into a branded moment designed for social pickup.

Native Pet shows how aligning an activation with the U.S. Open can turn organic celebrity appearances into genuine, shareable content rather than paid placements.
