While honoring the brand and it's original take on classic noodle dishes, this anniversary allowed the eatery to revamp its menu in a healthy way. The official statement noted that the brand will still be "serving classic noodle and pasta dishes from its globally inspired World Kitchen." The difference with the new menu is the brand's commitment to the new slogan, which is “Made. Different. -- REAL Food. REAL Cooking. REAL Flavors.” This statement ensures Noodles & Company will offer no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives or sweeteners. Additionally, the company will now serve an entire selection of meat and poultry, which has never been given antibiotics or hormones.
The brand found inspiration in its anniversary date as well as National Noodle Day to cater to its health-conscious consumers. Since many consumers are focusing on dietary restrictions or healthy preferences, it was the prefect time to upgrade the brand's noodle-based menu.
