Minimalist Cookware

Shiba by Naoto Fukasawa is Perfect for Everyday Use

Naoto Fukasawa has designed a new collection of cookware called Shiba. For those familiar with dogs, the name is indeed named after the popular Japanese dog breed.

The pots and pans were designed specifically for Italian design manufacturer Alessi. The concept behind Shiba is to produce cookware with minimalist functions. In other words, this series is best-suited for slow cooking. Naoto Fukasawa's Shiba will be presented at Macef 2011 in Milan.
