Color-Matching Nail Polish Packaging

This Polish Bottle Has a Built-In Nail Tip with Actual Polish

The humble nail polish bottle hasn't changed much over the years, although there have been different shapes and sizes—but when was the last real change in functionality?

Launched as a patented design concept by Kemeny Designs LLC, the LBK Nails bottle introduces a nail polish packaging innovation. Each nail polish bottle has a built-in Hinged Nail Tip which is painted with actual nail polish so that a consumer can get a true color match against their skin tone.

The innovative nail polish packaging was designed to be a merchandiser's dream. For the notoriously high-maintenance nail polish stand, the functional cap design is perfect for testing colors in-store and it discourages customers from opening the bottles for a cheeky test. LBK says "by nature the products are designed to very tactile and intuitive to touch, we want our products to stand out in stores but we also want our customers in salons and at home to enjoy using our caps to decide what colours to wear."

Combining these revolutionary new swatch caps with a vegan-friendly, 7-Free, gel-like formula, LBK Nail Lacquer is due to launch in April 2018.
