Desperately Debauched Drawings

Australian artist Rena Littleson has come up with a series of illustrations titled 'My Two Cents.' The images express the seediness and dehumanizing aspects of gambling and debauchery in general and they do this quite well. A quick browse of the series reveals debauched, sometimes profane, but nonetheless witty scenes.

Rena Littleson depicts anything from Jesus on a talk show to phallic arms wrapped in condoms. Work like this may have a hard time finding its way into a frame above a living room fireplace but that is no way to measure its worth.

Rena Littleson has a knack for expressing and emphasizing things most people would prefer to ignore. By this measure, 'My two Cents' is a success.
