The Muo Speakers Produce Amplified Sound from Their Aluminum Shell
References: rosslovegrove & dezeen
British designer Ross Lovegrove created this collection of Muo speakers. The idea originated from the designer's original speaker concept from 2007 called 'Muon.'
While the original version was about two meters tall, these compact units are much smaller in size. The Bluetooth-connected aluminum speakers are shaped like a triangle with rounded edges. Their shape allows each speaker to stoop in a vertical fashion or lay horizontally, depending on a user's preference. The aluminum material was used to create the speakers, which allow for a heavier vibration and a more amplified sound.
This clever design for the Muo speakers proves that enhancing old ideas can create brand new products. The speakers are available in gold, grey, silver, blue and orange styles.
