Wellness experience and hospitality company Canyon Ranch launched M/Power, an intimate retreat experience for women navigating menopause and perimenopause.
Perimenopause and menopause can catch women off guard, but community support can help make this natural life transition feel less isolating, offering understanding and shared experiences to ease the journey. This three-night, four-day immersive program is capped at 15 participants to provide individualized support in areas like mental health, spiritual well-being, and nutrition. As part of the experience, M/Power participants get an insightful, in-depth look at their overall health through services like a blood work panel, a women's hormonal panel, and a Dexa body scan, and daily access to CR Vitality.
The first session of M/Power took place at Canyon Ranch's resort in Lenox, Massachusetts, and additional sessions are planned for 2025.
