Touted as "the bike that grows with your child," the MonkeyCycle is a unique modular bike that combines various different bike styles into a single design. Built for children aged nine months to 6 years, the MonkeyCycle easily converts from a balance bike to a pedal bike with a belt drive and disc brakes. There are currently three kits of the bike available, ranging from the three-in-one Lite kit, to the four-in-one Basic kit, and finally the seven-in-one Full kit.
The unique modular system of the MonkeyCycle comes from clever geometry and selective components that cover a large age range. The entire bike can easily be changed with just a set of hex keys, while the pedal kit is simply secured to the frame at the rear dropouts. The MonkeyCycle also utilizes high-end materials to ensure durability as a child grows and learns with the bike.
