Candy-Shaped Mini Burgers

Burger King's Mini Whopper Jrs. are Wrapped Like Candies

Perfect for a time of tricks, treats and surprises, Burger King Puerto Rico created an even smaller version of its iconic Whopper Jrs. for fans with the Mini Whopper Jrs. The "flame-grilled candies" are wrapped to look like sweets although they are actually made with traditional burger ingredients like beef, onions, tomatoes and lettuce.

Just 300 of the candy-shaped mini burgers were handed out at participating restaurants via the Burger King app. The one-bite treats for Halloween stood out as an alternative to sugary treats and they created demand for a familiar menu item thanks to their tiny format. While there are plenty of fast food chains that create special edition burgers for Halloween, this one focused on downsizing a beloved product and presenting it in a sweet new way.
