Now that the highly Instagrammable Unicorn Frappucccino is no longer available, Starbucks devised a new blended icy beverage to keep consumers cool in the warming weather called the Midnight Mint Mocha Frappuccino.
Unlike its brightly multi-colored counterpart, the Midnight Mint Mocha Frappuccino has a much darker aesthetic -- with layers of dark brown and white comprising it. A blend of coffee, dark cocoa, "cooling mint crystals," and layers of fluffy whipped cream, the beverage reportedly tastes like a liquefied version of Thin Mints. The company has claimed that its flavor was "inspired by thoughts of dark starry nights" and "looking up at the sky with a cool summer breeze" however.
The Midnight Mint Mocha Frappuccino will be available at locations in the United States and Canada.
