The Michaels App Now Has an Expanded Rewards Program

Michaels recently added more purchase incentives for its rewards program, which is accessible through the Michaels app. Using the Michaels app, users can manage their rewards and view weekly Rewards Specials, as well as see how many rewards they have earned. Customers can accrue awards through purchasing certain items. New members are also able to earn $5 credits for a minimum purchase of $25.

Vidya Jwala, the Chief Customer Officer for Michaels, released a statement about the new loyalty program, "Our revamped loyalty program allows us to create long-term engagement with our Michaels Rewards members, while strengthening our relationships with the maker community."

Jwala also stated that the company will be looking at ways to improve the program as it grows.
