The Haneda Airport in Japan will soon be now making room for a new branded space—a Mercedes-Benz shop.
This shop set to be open by the end of July, complete with a lounge, digital displays, restaurants, cafes and a lifestyle product shop. Outside of these shops, the open public spaces will serve as a gallery-like environment for the luxury cars to go on display. The 'Mercedes Me' Tokyo Haneda location will be the brand's first outlet in Asia and Shinagawa Mercedes will serve as the dealer inside of the airport.
Following the installation of an in-airport running track designed and furnished by Muji at the Narita Airport, large branded spaces like the Mercedes-Benz shop in Haneda are proving popular ways to get travelers to explore new places and products while they have excess time on their hands.
