Meltdown Hot Sauce by Café Meltdown Adds Delicious Flavor to any Dish

Meltdown Hot Sauce was recently launched in Lidl supermarkets across Ireland and Northern Ireland as part of the Kickstart Supplier Development Programme. Spice enthusiast Maeve O'Malley, the founder of Meltdown, made the hot sauce at Café Meltdown in Dublin.

The hot sauce was originally one of the key ingredients to the café's grilled cheese sandwiches served in-store. It is now available for purchase across the nation. Its flavors are sweet, spicy, and salty, which pairs well with any dish, including cheese toasties, eggs, soups, stews, and oysters. The Meltdown Hot Sauce is made from tomatoes and fresh habanero peppers. Meltdown founder explained that she altered the recipe several times to create the perfect plant-based and low-fat sauce.
