Tidal Users Can Now Post Social Media Music Stories
Daniel Johnson — August 23, 2019 — Tech
Tidal users will now be able to create social media music stories and share them across platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Social media music stories will allow users to share 15 seconds of a song to their followers. The new feature will be available on both the Android and iOS apps for Tidal.
Every year millions of people view social media stories and now a small section of those views will be on the Tidal platform. This will serve to benefit Tidal, as more people will be exposed to its music streaming service. Additionally, this provides a more social listening experience for those that are already on the platform, as users will be able to interact with music over their social media feeds.
