Photographer Mauricio Candela Shows His Ad-Man Wit

Colombian photographer Mauricio Candela has always been passionate about pictures, so it's no surprise that his work is supreme. For the car advertisements in the gallery above, Candela integrated real-life circumstances into point-of-view images: passersby drop their belongings in shock and awe upon seeing the vehicle.

Mauricio Candela relocated to the U.S., where he was able to delve into a more personal side of his photography. He also continued advertising work, and has shot campaigns for companies like McDonald's, Smirnoff and Ford.
