Hiding from corporate messages and advertisements just got harder. (Magpie) is offering to pay Twitterers to post ad messages on their individual timelines.
Magpie claims to match advertisements to individual Twitterer’s tweet subjects, while the account holder can decide how often an ad is posted (on a Tweets-to-ad ratio bases. 1 Ad per 20 tweets is the default). Also, there are four different ways to earn - Pay-per-sale, pay-per-lead, pay-per-click, and pay-per-view. The more followers a Twitterer has, the more they are likely to earn.
Magpie is based out of Berlin, Germany and registered in Great Britain. Payments are made via PayPal when the individual’s account reaches a minimum of €50.00.
