The new device aims to keep businesses and offices safe by automatically scanning entrants' faces, detecting whether or not they are wearing a mask.
The ''MaskCheck Kiosk' combines physical hardware and proprietary AI-powered software to offer businesses a simple solution for mask monitoring. Once set up, the kiosk functions as an additional security measure. The technology will prompt people entering a building or store to attend the kiosk and have their face scanned, encouraging mask-wearing.
The device will feature instant notifications based on mask detection and provide users with visual and audio messages approving or disapproving of their mask usage. In addition, the kiosk is entirely Wi-Fi compatible and will even provide owners with a detailed report consisting of the devices' captured mask-wearing data.
