Market-Exclusive Spirit Releases

Courvoisier Launches Rebold, a Cognac Made Exclusively for China

Courvoisier is bringing 'Rebold' to China as its first expression made exclusively for that market, aimed at a new generation of drinkers. Developed by master blender Thibaut Hontanx, the liquid is bright, fruit-led and notably smooth, and it is intended to work in tea and fruit serves as well as straight pours.

Portions of the blend spend extra time in selected casks, including barrels that previously held Courvoisier XO, to add more layers to the finished spirit. China will get a 700ml bottle at RMB248. A 50ml size is planned for 2027.

A China-only release moves Cognac closer to local drinking habits, giving Courvoisier a tool for the China market it is targeting to rebuild the brand. The 50ml format planned for 2027 widens trial without changing the liquid's China-specific identity.
