Mark Gmehling has really gone above and beyond with his Urban Art International series for the Lorrach Exhibition. He brings sensational 3D illustrations comprising exciting characters and futuristic design.

From flexible fighters hooked in each other’s arms to monstrous angel-like figures appearing on a stained glass background, the series features illustrations like no other. What’s more, these creations are done in a 3D graffiti art style, which gives each work a bold personality and strange shape.

The fighter illustrations also capture an elegant and futuristic feel with some of the characters having alien-inspired hairstyles, techy fighter shoes, sci-fi shades and other interesting features.

Mark Gmehling’s art will be displayed at the Urban Art International Exhibition, which takes place in Gallery Novotny in Lörrach Germany from April 30 to May 26, 2011.
