One of the most iconic Mardi Gras dishes is king cake, which is a cross between a coffee cake and a cinnamon roll, all decorated in yellow, green, and purple icing. McAlister’s new Mardi Gras Cookie delivers a new take on king cake in the form of a sweet, buttery cookie tinged with hints of cinnamon and studded with green, yellow, and purple sprinkled. There's also a sweet cream cheese filling on the inside to deliver that king cake flavor.
