YouTube maker Giaco Whatever may be best known for his liquid nitrogen Nerf gun or metal Sharpie but his Maker Knife may be his best invention yet. Designed to be "the EDC pocket tool you want to carry," this unique knife features an innovative sliding design that is fully actuated from inside the handle. A locking mechanism ensures the blade will not slide in when in use and can only be retracted via the slider in the knife's handle.
Aside from unique features, the Maker Knife impresses thanks to its aerospace-grade materials. The main handle is comprised of stainless steel and the blade is ceramic. Both these features are made from Electrical Discharge Machining, which is far more accurate when compared to traditional CNC milling. The sliding mechanism has no springs and offers the user buttery smoothness and easy actuation.
