Although the end of summer is a bit of a bummer, it also means that Applebee's is serving up $1 Mai Tais as its August Neighborhood Drink of the Month. Swirled with tropical fruit flavors and plenty of rum, this cocktail is all you need to soak up the last month of summer.

Applebee's Neighborhood Drink of the Month is an ongoing promotion that involves a new $1 drink offering each month. Previous drink options have included the Malibu Dollarmama, the Dollarita, and a Vodka Raspberry Lemonade. Now Mai Tais are the latest $1 drink offering. The fruit cocktail consists of passion fruit, pineapple, orange, black cherry, and lime, all swirled together with rum in a 10-ounce mug. The whole thing is then topped with a tiny umbrella so you can feel like you're truly on vacation.
