Thanks to AR advancements funded by Estée Lauder, users can now buy the makeup they see through the Snapchat lens.

Estée Lauder expects to offer the same service for other makeup brands in its portfolio in the near future -- MAC Cosmetics is the first to kick off the new shopping experience. Users can shop from 20 different MAC makeup products directly through the Snapchat app. With the front-facing camera, users can see exactly what a particular MAC product will look like on their face in the specific shade and finish.
