Autobahn Motors has introduced a luxury vehicle vending machine in Singapore which actually dispenses high-end cars to those looking to buy. The 'vending machine,' which acts as a showroom was inspired as a creative solution to Singapore's high cost of living and limited estate space, a combination which has been challenging architects and developers in recent years.
The vending machine, which is 15 stories high acts as an example of space-saving efficiency and is a practical parking and storage solution. The structure can hold up to 60 high-end vehicles and comes equipped with Ferrari, Bentley and Porsche, which are all available for purchase.
Gary Hong, the general manager at Autobahn Motors stated that "We needed to meet our requirement of storing a lot of cars. At the same time, we wanted to be creative and innovative." The creative and eye-catching structure has inspired other cities to thinking outside the box with regards to space-saving initiatives.
