Epicurean Potato Chips

Gourmet potato chips are the latest innovation by the foodies at Luxirare. Epicurean ingredients such as red pepper threads, prosciutto, vanilla pod seeds, and cilantro leaves have been embedded between two ultra-thin sheets of shaved potato. The layered delights are then baked on a crimped rack resulting in a deliciously wavy crispy snack.

Sprinkled with coarse salt, the treats would be perfect as an appetizer for a cocktail party or just an afternoon snack with a cold beer.
