The Ristoranti Series by Miss Vickie's Pays Homage to Classic Dishes

As part of a new Ristoranti Series, Miss Vickie's teamed up with some of the top Italian restaurants in Canada to develop kettle cooked potato chips and make authentic Italian cuisine snackable. In all, there are three new and limited-time flavors to discover, including Miss Vickie's Vodka Sauce Pizza flavored kettle cooked potato chips, created with Pizzeria Badiali in Toronto. Touted as "a potato chip that captures the essence of a woodfire pizza," this variety incorporates notes of tomato sauce, cheese and oregano.

The Ristoranti Series also introduces Miss Vickie's Cacio e Pepe with notes of sharp, creamy cheese and black pepper influenced by Vancouver's Ask For Luigi, and Miss Vickie's Spicy Pepperoncini & Focaccia chips, an adaptation of Nora Gray's signature Focaccia Maison.
