During quarantine, many people have discovered or rediscovered their love of baking by making everything from banana bread studded with chocolate chips and classic chocolate chip cookies—and during this time, Lily's Sweets saw an increased demand for its low-sugar baking chips. According to the brand, there was a 25% increase in sales of its Dark Chocolate Baking Chips over a four-week period. Now, Lily's is introducing even more variety with two new kinds of baking chips to help people add more variety and low-sugar sweetness to their baked creations.
The all-new Chocolate Salted Caramel Flavor Baking Chips and the smooth White Chocolate Style Baking Chips boast a gram of sugar or less per serving, and are made with non-GMO, gluten-free ingredients, as always.
