The Lolzzz Clock by Ideo Wakes People Up to the Sound of a Laughing Child

There are some things that go straight to the heart -- in a good way -- and one of those things involves a child's laughter; that's where the Lolzzz Clock comes into play. Instead of the shrill sound of a beep in the morning, the Lolzzz Clock wakes a person up to the sweet sound of a cild's laugh. What makes the design even more clever is that the laughter can be made louder with a tickle session as in real life.

Designed by Ideo, the Lolzzz Clock features the recorded laughter of Quinn, a 5-year old girl. As soon as the alarm goes off, the clock also physically rocks back and forth so as to go truly unnoticed, especially if people sleep sounder to such innocent sounds.
